Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Make-Up Policy We understand that life is full of unforeseen circumstances and we want to accommodate as many of you as possible. Considerable time goes into planning and scheduling lessons and reserving horses for riders, therefore we ask that you please give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel a lesson for any reason. Any cancellations made with more than 24-hour notice will not incur any fees and can be rescheduled subject to availability. Cancellations made with 24-hour or less notice (for any reason) will result in you being charged for that lesson. We will not be able to schedule another lesson until that fee is paid. A “No Call, No Show” – student does not cancel lesson and does not show up for it – will result in the student being charged for that lesson. If you are ill, your household is ill, suspect you might be ill, have been exposed to COVID or diagnosed with COVID, STAY HOME and please let us know as soon as you possibly can. Cancellation policies still apply. All Round Equine reserves the right to cancel any lesson at any time for any reason. Any lessons cancelled by All Round Equine will be rescheduled at the rider’s convenience. We reserve the right to dismiss any student due to chronic cancellations, tardiness, frequent rescheduling and/or “no call no shows”. Cancellations may be made by phone or text. Holly Fisher 918-500-4911. About the Weather Our facility is outdoor, so we are subject to the whims of Oklahoma weather. We keep a close eye on Tulsa weather stations and try to be as proactive as possible to make sure our students’ lessons are safe and enjoyable for both horse and rider. In the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we will schedule lessons in the mornings and evenings and will not conduct lessons if the heat index is forecasted to be over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at the scheduled lesson time. In the Spring, Fall and Winter months we will not conduct lessons if the forecasted temperature is less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit at the scheduled lesson time. Students are expected to dress accordingly for the weather. Cancellations made by students with less than 24- hour notice due to perceived discomfort are subject to the full lesson fee being charged. We will not endanger our students or horse by conducting lessons during rain storms, lightning, thunderstorms, blizzards or any other kind of severe weather. We promise to communicate with you as soon as we can and reschedule your lesson for a safer time.
