Why Adopt a Mustang from All Round Equine’s Branded Partnership Program?

  • Adopt a gentled Mustang instead of an untouched Mustangs. For no extra charge, Gentled Mustangs will be able to be haltered and lead easily, tie and stand, pick up all four feet and load in and out of the trailer. That’s a lot of training at no extra charge to you.

  • Adopt a ground-started wild horse or burro through All Round Equine for the same price as adopting directly through the Bureau of Land Management.

  • Find the right horse or burro for you through our in-depth knowledge of the animal's personality to ensure a great, long-term fit.

  • Get help directly from All Round Equine to help your transition and keep the momentum going.

  • Keep the Mustang at All Round Equine to continue their training with our On-Site training program.

  • Attend clinics hosted by All Round Equine to improve your horsemanship and learn skills to apply at home.

  • Animals enrolled in and adopted/sold through Branded Partnerships will follow the same rules, regulations, and fees associated with adopting/purchasing directly from the BLM.

About Forever Branded:

Forever Branded Partnerships build on the success of previous training/adoption programs while making thoughtful improvements that benefit the adopter, the trainer and, most importantly, the horse or burro. As a community and wild horse and burro advocates, Forever Branded’s overarching goal is to get animals out of BLM holding and match them with the right, long-term adopters.

“By placing emphasis on partnering with trainers who share our vision and support the Forever Branded mission, we create an environment that places the horse or burro first. Through safeguards and careful matching, we do our part to ensure every animal enrolled in this program has the best chance of finding the correct, long-term partnership.”

About The BLM:
The Bureau of Land Management created the Wild Horse and Burro Program to implement the Wild-Free Roaming Horses and Burros Act, passed by Congress in 1971. Broadly, the law declares wild horses and burros to be "living symbols of the historic and pioneer spirit of the West" and stipulates that the BLM and the U.S. Forest Service have the responsibility to manage and protect herds in their respective jurisdictions within areas where wild horses and burros were found roaming in 1971.
To maintain wild horses and burros in good condition and protect the health of our public lands, the BLM must manage the population growth of wild horse and burro herds. Without natural population controls, such as predation, herds can increase at a rate of up to 20 percent annually, doubling in size in just 4 to 5 years, if not appropriately managed. Population control must be implemented to protect scarce and fragile resources in the arid West and ensure healthy animals.
To carry out this mission, the BLM controls herd growth through the application of fertility measures, such as birth control, and through the periodic removals of excess animals and the placement of those animals into private care.
