
WHO'S HOLLY?
Holly is a lifelong learner, blacksmith, artist, teacher, lover of horses and dogs. She answered the call to combine her life experiences and skills in order to help horses and people. Holly believes that horses offer a truly transformative experience with every encounter.
Holly grew up riding and showing Saddlebred horses, took a break for about 25 years, and then came back strong choosing to ride Dressage. She trains weekly on DiMaestro (Sosie) her giant Hanoverian Dressage horse with USDF Gold Medalist Anthea Kin. Currently training Third Level Classical Dressage. Holly's continued studies in Dressage have been complemented by learning groundwork and round pen methods to increase communication and harmony with horses.


HOLLY AS A TRAINER
Holly is certified in The SPUR Model of Equine Facilitated Social Intelligence by Johnny Clark and Shannon Curry. She spent over two years apprenticing with Johnny at the Tulsa Boys’ Home. Holly has had lots of practice facilitating equine social intelligence learning sessions in collaboration with parents, licensed therapists and counselors.
Holly’s approach is a mix of traditional round pen methods and positive reinforcement (R+) training. She has done extensive research and continued studies of all things Mustang. Inspired by the W.H.I.P. Program at Florence, AZ Penitentiary and the work of Randy Helm, Holly has devoted countless hours to researching and learning about America’s Wild Horses.
Holly is constantly expanding her knowledge and abilities as a horsewoman, trainer, and teacher. She studies and rides periodically with Reining and Reined Cowhorse training professionals as well as recognized experts from around the country. The additional knowledge and perspective complements her Dressage foundation and helps her meet the needs of her students in new and effective ways.
Holly as a human
Holly is a lover of life, a true philocalist, finding joy in all things. Holly takes the most mundane of acts and makes them lively and joyful and lives by the motto, "never take life too seriously."
Holly is married to her talented husband, Olaf Blatt, a certified journeyman farrier. Olaf has been serving the Oklahoma sporthorse community for over 25 years.



Micah Cox
Micah serves as an Assistant Trainer at All Round, helping keep the lesson horse herd fit and assisting with the training of client horses. She supports daily barn operations, including training rides, horse care, chores, the working student program, and behind-the-scenes tasks like website maintenance.
Raised around her family’s ranch, Micah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science: Ranch Management from Oklahoma State University. She is also the owner of Farm Dog Oklahoma and can often be found training dogs after finishing her work with horses.
Micah enjoys continuing her education by riding Western, English, bareback, and bridleless, and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty—earning her reputation as a true all-around hand. Her favorite horse in the herd is Buckshot.
